Carolina Badminton Club — Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility & Return Window

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 calendar days (conditional) from the order completion date.

“Conditional” means the product must meet all requirements: in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact, and showing no signs of use or damage. Products that don’t meet these conditions may be denied or subject to higher restocking fees.

Important: No returns are accepted for in-person purchases or products picked up in-store. These sales are considered final.


2. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. If items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, additional deductions may apply.


3. Reporting Damage or Defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging for claim processing—without it, claims may be denied.


4. Return Process

To start a return, email us at sales@carolinabadmintonclub.com to request a return authorization.

Once approved, returns will need to be sent to the address provided in the return authorization.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.


5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your product and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are final sale and cannot be returned (e.g., clearance items, customized goods, apparel that has been worn or altered). Please review product pages for any notes on non-returnable status.


7. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing may incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover transaction costs.


9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot be held liable for customs duties or lost return shipments.


10. Additional Notes

Returns received after 30 days, or that don’t meet our policy standards, may be refused or issued partial refunds. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not follow these guidelines.
